Office Policies
Please review our policies before your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and a cancellation fee applied to your next booking.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of your treatment and respect the time of other clients. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
Deposit Requirements
Certain treatments require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service and will be communicated during the booking process. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your treatment.
Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or in the case of a no-show.
Refund Policy
All sales of treatments and products are final. Refunds are not available for completed treatments. If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us to discuss your concerns — we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.
Unused packages or prepaid treatment plans may be eligible for partial refund at management discretion. Please contact our office for details.
Photo Release
With your written consent, before and after photos may be taken for your medical record and, if approved, for educational or marketing purposes. You will be asked to sign a photo release form. Participation is entirely voluntary and will not affect the quality of your care.
Informed Consent
Before any treatment, you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form. This document outlines the procedure, potential risks, benefits, and aftercare instructions. Your provider will answer any questions you have before proceeding with treatment.
All medical history forms and consent documents must be completed prior to your first treatment. These can be completed in-office or submitted electronically before your appointment.
